Hi there, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’re a busy Catholic mom, juggling the beautiful chaos of motherhood, faith, and family, you’re in the right place. I made this space and these guides just for you—to save you time, inspire your faith, and help you weave the beauty of our Catholic traditions into your daily life with ease.
Let me share a little bit about why I started this. I was that mom—newly converted to the faith and so eager to dive into everything our beautiful Church has to offer. But the learning curve was steep!
I wanted to catch up on every feast, every tradition, every celebration. But I constantly felt like I was falling behind. I’d see an Instagram post about a feast day I had never heard of, and there I’d be—baking a traditional cake at midnight, scrambling to pull everything together so my family could enjoy it the next day. It was stressful, and honestly, it felt like I was always playing catch-up.
But one thing kept me going: the warm embrace of the Church. No matter how much I didn’t know or how much I felt like an outsider, I was always welcomed. That’s what inspired me to design these guides—to make it easier for moms like you to stay connected to the liturgical year without the stress and overwhelm I felt.
What Makes These Guides Special
These eGuides are designed to be more than just resources—they’re companions for your journey through the liturgical year. And they’re not just for families! Because Catholic means universal, these celebrations are meant for everyone, whether you’re celebrating with your family, friends, or on your own.
Here’s how they’re set up:
- Topic Guides: These are perfect if you want to focus on the history, customs, and traditions behind a feast day or season. Each guide explains the meaning and roots of the celebration, making it easy to deepen your understanding and connection to our faith. All of the Topic Guides are designed with a deep, rich blue color to give them a distinctive look, so you’ll easily know you’re in the section focused on learning about the traditions and history. - Companion Guides: These are designed for those who want to live the celebration to its fullest. They include recipes for traditional foods, fun activities to help you and your family live the feast or season, and even some coloring pages for reflection or family fun. The companion guides also highlight the virtues each celebration promotes, so you can use them as a tool for spiritual growth. These guides are all in a lighter color to easily distinguish them from the Topic Guides. Example here
- Complete Series: Explore the complete series of Topic Guides and Companion Guides—now available together at a special price, so you can enrich your faith journey and celebrate each feast day to its fullest. Example hereAdditionally, I’ve made sure that each type of guide has its own distinct color to make it easier for you to navigate:
- Prayer Guides: These are in their own special color to make finding prayer-related resources quick and easy.
- Liturgical Year by Season: Each season of the liturgical year has its own color, so you’ll always know what section you’re in as you explore the different seasons and feasts.
You can choose what works best for you. If you’re just looking for history and facts, the Topic Guide is perfect. But if you want to embrace the celebration fully, getting both guides will help you make meaningful and joyful traditions for your family—or yourself.
My goal is to help busy moms—and anyone who loves our Catholic faith—reconnect with its beauty and richness, without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve done the research, sifted through the books, and gathered everything you need so you can focus on what matters most: experiencing and sharing the joy of our faith.
Here’s what you’ll find:
- Faith Resources: Step-by-step help with topics like prayer, the Rosary, and the Sign of the Cross, all explained in an easy-to-understand way.
- Family-Centered Activities: Ideas for building a home where faith and tradition thrive.
- Deeper Connections: Insights into timeless Catholic teachings that will enrich your spiritual journey.
